1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Adventurous Club (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the participant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) in relation to the booking and participation in our adventure experiences, including but not limited to activities at Zip World North Wales. By booking and participating in our experiences, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking Process

2.1. To secure a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information you provide.

2.2. A booking is confirmed only when the Company has received full payment for the experience.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your place.

3.2. Payment methods will be detailed during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. No Refunds: Due to the nature of our activities and pre-arranged bookings with third-party venues, all payments are non-refundable.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather, safety concerns, or venue availability. In such cases, you may be offered an alternative date or credit towards a future experience.

4.3. The Company is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Activity Itinerary

5.1. The activity schedule is subject to change due to factors such as weather conditions, safety considerations, or venue requirements. We will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative if adjustments are necessary.

5.2. A detailed itinerary will be shared closer to the experience date, outlining specific activities, timings, and guidelines.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1. You are responsible for following all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Company and its partners.

6.2. Any reckless or unsafe behaviour that endangers yourself or others may result in the termination of your participation without a refund.

6.3. Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that could affect their ability to safely participate in the activities.

7. Insurance

7.1. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

7.2. The Company is not liable for any costs incurred due to accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events.

8. Acceptance of Risk

8.1. By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge that adventure activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical exertion and minor injuries.
• Heights, underground environments, and uneven terrain.
• Equipment failure or misuse.

8.2. You accept all risks associated with these activities and agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Photography and Media Consent

9.1. The Company may capture photographs and videos during the experience for promotional purposes.

9.2. By participating, you grant the Company permission to use such media in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and brochures.

9.3. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, you must notify the Company in writing prior to the event.

10. Prohibited Items

10.1. Participants may bring small action cameras such as GoPros or DJI Osmo devices. However, standard cameras and drones are not permitted at the venue.

10.2. The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the experience.

11. Liability

11.1. The Company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the experience, except in cases of negligence.

11.2. The Company is not responsible for any third-party services, including venue operations or transportation, that may form part of the experience.

12. Privacy

12.1. By booking an experience with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

13.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Amendments to Terms

14.1. The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
